ABOUT US

For over 50 years, FREZ-N-STOR has delivered temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics solutions designed to move products — and partnerships — forward.

ABOUT US

Frez-N-Stor, Inc. is a public refrigerated warehouse that has been in operation since the 1960’s. Our high standards and professional staff are committed to ensuring the safety of the public and to excellent customer service.

OUR HISTORY

FREZ-N-STOR was founded in the late 1950s by five partners who saw an opportunity in Northwest Arkansas's growing food industry. That original 30,800-square-foot freezer in Springdale has evolved into a three-facility operation spanning Arkansas and Texas, but our commitment to doing right by our customers hasn't changed at all.

Throughout the 1960s, we expanded steadily, adding freezer capacity and dry storage as the region's poultry and food processing sectors grew. By the 2000s, we became a cornerstone of the food chain infrastructure in Northwest Arkansas, known for reliability and personal service in an industry increasingly dominated by automation and consolidation.

Our most recent expansions—in Springdale and our Texas facilities in Greenville and Terrell—reflect both our growth and our principles. We've invested in blast freezing technology, state-of-the-art warehouse management systems, and SQF certification. But we've also kept something rare in commercial cold storage: every customer gets a dedicated account manager, and our leadership team remains directly accessible.

After more than 50 years, we're still family-owned, still focused on relationships over transactions, and still operating on a simple belief: that cold storage is a people business. Technology matters. Infrastructure matters. But what really matters is whether you can trust us with your product and your reputation.

OUR MISSION

We're in the business of relationships—not just refrigeration. That's not a tagline. It's how we've operated since the 1960s, and it's what sets us apart in an industry that has increasingly become transactional.

Our mission is straightforward: do what's right for our customers and employees. Period. That means you get a dedicated account manager who knows your business, direct access to our leadership team when you need it, and the kind of responsive, nimble service that's rare in commercial cold storage. We don't operate like a faceless warehouse provider because we're not one.

Our WMS systems, RF scanning, and 24/7 monitoring are all best-in-class. Our capabilities include blast freezing, multi-temp storage, and SQF certification. But the most important thing to you is whether we can be trusted with your product, your timeline, and your reputation. We've built a 50-year track record on that trust, one relationship at a time.
