Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 20, 2026   |    Last Updated: July 20, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

 FREZ-N-STOR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with the website located at fnscold.com (the "Site"), our email and marketing communications, and our advertising activities (collectively, the "Services").

We are based in the United States and our customers and prospective customers are located throughout the United States. This Policy is written for residents of the United States. If you are not a resident of the United States, please disconnect from the Site. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

When you complete an opt-in form on the Site, respond to one of our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, subscribe to our communications, request information, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, and telephone number;
  • Business details such as your company or organization name, job title, and industry;
  • Marketing preferences and the content of any message or inquiry you send us; and
  • [any other fields collected on your forms].
2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site or interact with our emails, we and our partners automatically collect the following through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (described further in Section 5):

  • Device and technical data such as IP address, time zone, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers;
  • Approximate location (such as city or region) derived from your IP address;
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and dates and times of access; and
  • Email engagement data such as whether you opened a message or clicked a link, collected through pixels and similar technologies; when you click a link, we may also record your IP address and approximate (city or region) location at that time.
2.3 Information we receive from third parties

We also receive personal information about you from third parties that help us advertise and communicate with you, including:

  • LinkedIn — when you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form in response to our advertisements, LinkedIn provides the information you entered on that form, such as your name, email address, job title, company, and city. LinkedIn's advertising targeting is based on location and IP address (for example, your city or region) and does not use GPS-based device location.
  • Google — in connection with Google Ads and Google Analytics, we receive advertising and website-analytics data, such as campaign, conversion, and site-usage measurement. To target and measure these advertisements, Google may use your device location, including — on mobile devices where you have enabled location services — precise, GPS-based location. This location information is collected and used by Google under its own privacy policy; we receive aggregated or pseudonymous campaign data and do not receive or otherwise process your precise location.
  • Advertising partners and association websites — where our advertisements appear, we may receive aggregated metrics about how those advertisements performed.

We combine this information with the information described above to run and measure our campaigns and communications.

2.4 Sensitive personal information

We do not ask you for your address or your specific location, and we do not ourselves collect precise or device-level (GPS) location. The only location information we collect is approximate — city or region at most — and is derived in one of the following ways:

  • From your browser or IP address when you complete one of our forms or surveys. Our forms do not include an address or location field;
  • From your LinkedIn profile when you respond to a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, which provides city-level location at most; or
  • From your IP address when you click a link in one of our emails, which may update the approximate location on your record.

As described in Section 2.3, our advertising partner Google may use precise, GPS-based location to target and measure advertisements; that location is received and processed by Google under its own privacy policy and is not collected by or shared with us except in an aggregated or de-identified form.

Because the location information we collect identifies, at most, your city or region and never your precise location (generally, a radius of about 1,850 feet, as defined under California law), we do not treat it as "sensitive personal information." We also do not intentionally collect Social Security or government identification numbers, financial account or payment-card information, precise geolocation, health information, biometric or genetic data, the contents of your communications, or other categories treated as "sensitive" under applicable law.

3. Sources of Information

We collect personal information directly from you, including through forms on the Site and through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms when you respond to our advertisements on LinkedIn; automatically from your device and browser as you interact with the Site and our emails; and from advertising and analytics partners such as Google. Our advertisements also appear on third-party association websites.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Send marketing and promotional emails and other communications you have opted in to receive;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
  • Deliver, target, and measure advertising through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising on association websites;
  • Analyze and improve the performance of the Site, our communications, and our campaigns;
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Site and prevent fraud or misuse; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and deliver and measure advertising. These technologies generally fall into the following categories:

  • Essential technologies needed to operate the Site;
  • Analytics technologies, such as Google Analytics, that help us understand site usage; and
  • Advertising technologies, such as Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags (which also support display advertising shown on association and other websites), that help us measure campaigns and show relevant ads. The Site is operated on our behalf by a third-party website provider, which manages these tags.

These advertising technologies may be used for conversion tracking and for remarketing/retargeting, which involves showing you our ads on other websites and platforms after you have interacted with us.

5.1 Your cookie and advertising choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. You can also use the following tools to control interest-based advertising:

We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and processors who perform services on our behalf. We use GoHighLevel and HubSpot as our customer-relationship-management and email-marketing platform to store contact information and send communications. We also use website-hosting and analytics providers.
  • Advertising partners, including Google (for advertising and measurement on the Site) and LinkedIn (which provides us the leads you submit through its Lead Gen Forms), and the operators of association websites on which our ads appear.
  • Legal and safety recipients, such as law enforcement, regulators, or others, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, or protect safety.
  • Business transfer recipients, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not disclose personal information for our partners' own independent marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

7. Interest-Based Advertising and “Sharing”

If we run advertising technologies on the Site, such as Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags (including for display advertising), this remarketing and cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing,” and in some cases a “sale,” under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even though we do not exchange personal information for money. We do not upload contact or email lists to Google or LinkedIn to build advertising audiences.

You can opt out of this activity using the controls in Section 5, by using a recognized opt-out preference signal such as GPC, or through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link described in Section 11.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterward, and as required to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. Marketing contact data is generally retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

9. How We Protect Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices

  • Email communications: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the details in Section 14.
  • Cookies and advertising: You may use the controls described in Section 5.
  • Privacy rights: Depending on your state of residence, you may have the additional rights described in Sections 11 and 12 to the extent applicable.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), provides the rights described below, subject to its exceptions and applicability thresholds.

12. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

As of 2026, many other states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others — have comprehensive consumer-privacy laws. If you are a resident of a state with an applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to that law's exceptions and thresholds:

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 17. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with permitted extensions). If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting privacy@fnscold.com if you have concerns about our resolution of an appeal, you may contact your state attorney general. The specific rights available, and how they apply, vary by state.

13. Verifying Requests and Authorized Agents

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, generally by confirming information we already maintain about you. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, in which case we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

14. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

15. Third-Party Links

The Site and our communications may contain links to third-party websites, including association websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
